Businesses will have until Oct. 30 to submit proposals for the General Services Administration’s One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) request for proposals, according to an Oct. 17 notice on Fed Biz Opps.

GSA had previously extended the deadline for submissions to its OASIS RFP twice — once from Sept. 17 because of industry feedback and then again from Oct. 10 because of the ongoing shutdown.

The agency also modified the 10-year indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity RFP to make it easier for small businesses that lack significant past federal work to compete for contract spots, according to the agency.

The OASIS contract will offer professional services, such as financial management and engineering, scientific and logistics services, and has separate sections for small businesses and larger firms.
