Long Term Care Partners (LTCP) has won a three-year renewal of its contract to administer BENEFEDS, the online platform used by federal employees and retirees to buy and manage vision and dental coverage.

The contract is expected to start next month and last through December 2016, the New Hampshire-based firm said in a Nov. 26 news release. LTCP, a subsidiary of the John Hancock Life Insurance Co., has run the site since 2006.

“The award reflects the strong performance of LTCP across all areas of benefits processing, including enrollment and premium administration, and it speaks to our consistency and reliability,” Paul Forte, the CEO of Long Term Care Partners, said in a news release.

In addition to the BENEFEDS website, federal employees and retirees can call via a toll-free number, 877-888-FEDS, according to the release.
