McLaughlin picked as CYBERCOM deputy commander

Air Force Maj. Gen. James K. McLaughlin has been nominated to become deputy commander, U.S. Cyber Command, Fort Meade, Maryland. The assigment would come witha promotion to lieutenant general.

McLaughlin is currently serving as commander, 24th Air Force, Air Force Space Command; and commander, Air Forces Cyber, U.S. Cyber Command, Joint Base San Antonio-Lackland, Texas.
