The General Services Administration has expanded the availability of contractors on its governmentwide hybrid acquisition vehicle, the One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services Small Business (OASIS SB) Pool 2 contract, to include 161 small businesses.

The OASIS and OASIS SB contracts enable agencies to acquire a broad range of services, such as program management, management consulting, logistics, engineering, scientific and financial services, all under one contract.

GSA developed an on-ramp for the OASIS SB that resulted in the addition of 31 new small businesses to the contract.

“OASIS SB’s proven performance demonstrates it can provide agencies with flexible full-service professional services solutions while driving down costs for the American taxpayer,” said Federal Acquisition Service assistant commissioner for the Office of Professional Services & Human Capital Categories Tiffany Hixson.

“The first-of-its-kind on-ramp ensures federal agencies have access to a flexible, and knowledgeable pool of experienced industry partners within the OASIS program, while further promoting the small business industrial base.”

According to the GSA press release, the OASIS program conducted the on-ramp to increase the number of experienced small business contractors available in the OASIS SB Pool 2.

Services solicited under Pool 2 include:

  • Offices of certified public accountants;
  • Tax preparation services;
  • Payroll services;
  • Other accounting services; and
  • Research and development in the social sciences and humanities.
