Sen. Tom Carper, D-Del., ranking member of the Senate Homeland Security and Governmental Affairs Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations, has questioned the reported use of private email accounts by White House staff and requested information to assure compliance with federal records disclosure and preservation law.
