Instead of the previous lenient-federal-enforcement policy, Attorney General Jeff Sessions’ new stance will instead let federal prosecutors where marijuana is legal decide how aggressively to enforce longstanding federal law prohibiting it.
On Dec. 22 the Senate passed the Connected Government Act, a bipartisan bill that would require the Office of Management and Budget to report on agency websites’ compliance with mobile usability.
The statement comes after reports of a July meeting, attended by Interior Secretary Ryan Zinke, that described a possible relocation of the three federal agencies to Denver.
