The U.S. Postal Service reported another quarterly loss on Friday after an unrelenting drop in mail volume and costs of its health care and pension obligations outweighed strong gains in package deliveries.
Evidence presented at the change of plea hearing showed that Donna Arledge and others stole mail in and around Greenville County, S.C., in an effort to obtain bank account numbers, routing numbers and identification information.
