The General Services Administration has undergone quite a bit of change in recent months. Most of that change promises to reshape how its Integrated Technology Services group functions. And within ITS, you might say that IT Schedule 70 – the largest, most widely used acquisition vehicle in the federal government – is undergoing something of an overhaul.
Overstated? I don't think so. I sat down with ITS Assistant Commissioner Mary Davie and Kay Ely, GSA's director of IT Schedule to find out more, and the message was clear: these are the most significant changes to how tech buys are managed in years.
