An Army IT contract has been designated "Best in Class" by the Office of Management and Budget, granting it status as a preferred governmentwide acquisition vehicle.
Army Computer Hardware, Enterprise Software and Solutions, based at Fort Belvoir, Virginia, has had its Army Desktop and Mobile Computing - 2 (ADMC-2) contract tapped as a preferred contract vehicle for acquisition officials seeking commercial off-the-shelf computer technology including standard common configurations of laptops and desktops (as well as tablets, monitors, printers, ruggedized and semi-ruggedized devices) that meet Army requirements and governmentwide strategic solutions standard configurations.
The no-fee indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract is open to Army, Department of Defense and other federal agencies through CHESS during consolidated buy periods, and features pre-vetted solutions from: Telos, Dell Federal Systems, L.P., CDW-G, HPI Federal LLC, ITG, Transource, Emtec Federal and NCS.
